Competition has been mounting in the English Language Test industry during the covid pandemic, and although IELTS is of the most respected and thorough English language tests in the world, they were looking for a way to differentiate themselves against the competitors. A key to their test is the face-to-face conversational component. We highlighted this aspect by showing the importance of truly being ready for one of life’s biggest decisions.
